Marketing and Communications Manager - Surrey or Salisbury - £50K-£60K + benefits

Employment Type: permanent

£50,000 -£60,000 Plus Full Benefit package including - Contributory pension scheme, share incentive plan, medical scheme, childcare vouchers and other leisure discounts etc

International travel required up to 25%

The Job

Principal requirement is for a marketing and communications manager to provide strategic support to the business and functions to produce and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans that help shape and drive business growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

* B2B Marketing (Essential)

* Understanding of marketing

* Fully rounded communicator

* PR / Public Relations

* Must understand business plans in modern marketing communications

* Implementing communications campaigns

* Experience on press releases, utilising good judgement and media

* Experience of working with international companies

* management of complex stakeholders

Desirable

* ideally from a highly regulated industry

* chartered institute of marketing OR PR

* defense industry desirable

This is a fantastic strategic position-enabling liaison with executive committee members, strong relationship building within a young, dynamic and forward thinking team.
