Technical Author, Documentation Writer, Office365

A Technical Author or Writer is required to provide technical design documentation for customer review and sign off. The Technical Author or Writer will have previous experience in this area and ideally have experience as a Technical Writer or Author, working on similar technology that includes:

                               Office 365

                               OneDrive

                               DLP - Data Loss Prevention

                               Email Verification

                               Skype for business

                               Yammer

The Technical Author or Writer will also be able to support consultants and colleagues in writing technical documentation, as required. The Technical Writer or Author will also review a suite of documents and identify and assumptions or dependencies in the solution. The Technical Writer will be responsible for ensuring the documents match the standard required and are consistent in terms of terminology and formatting. The Technical Writer/Author will be involved in flow of documents and run document control systems.

Other skills of the Technical Writer include:

                               Ability to work with senior stakeholders as well as all levels of the business.

                               Team player

                               Flexible approach

                               Ability to cope with changing requirements

                               Strong knowledge of business change

                               Inter-personal skills
