Digital Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst (specifically working on Conversion Rate optimisation) to join a fast-growing, specialist company based in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. As part of a forward-thinking, hugely successful organisation with excellent investment in IT, this Digital Analyst will be a key part of the digital team: ultimately helping the company work smarter by using data to understand the customer journey and improve product conversion. The Digital Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) will be responsible for looking at the success of products and how they are received and using the data to ensure positive sales.

As the Digital Analyst you will have some experience within a digital role or an ecommerce role, preferably with a focus on conversion, whilst boasting a collaborative and positive personality.

Key skills needed for the Digital Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation):

* Previous experience within an ecommerce or digital analyst role

* Confident using Google Analytics

* Some knowledge of UX and AB testing of websites

* Worked previously in a B2B or B2C environment would be beneficial but not essential

This role will be a great opportunity for someone with a desire to work in a thriving IT environment, where there is excellent investment in new and emerging tech.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Location: Apsley, Hemel Hempstead + two days working from home
