Are you an MRICS-registered Building Surveyor looking for a home-based role where you will work on a range of exciting projects and enter into the company as an Associate Partner?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join this specialist Surveying & Structural Engineering Consultancy where you will receive ongoing technical training as well as the opportunity to progress to a Partner & beyond.

This is a company who have been at the forefront of the building survey industry and have a number of offices throughout England, and due to the continued acquisition and retention of a number of high-value contracts are now looking to recruit a Commercial Building Surveyor.

This position would suit a chartered Building Surveyor looking for a role that can offer a healthy work/life balance and the opportunity for career progression.

The Role:

-Carrying out dilapidation surveys on commercial projects

-Working autonomously managing your own diary

-Opportunity to progress to Partner

The Candidate:

-Commercial surveying experience

-Experience with schedule of condition surveys

-Chartered
