My client, a Global Leader in a highly specialist field, is looking for an experienced Unified Communications Manager to join their established team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.

What will the role involve?

You will be responsible for;

* Ensuring that the Network and Collaborative Services defined in the IT Services Catalogue are provided at the level expected and measured by the indicators defined in the service cards.

* Maintaining and optimizing Level 3 any incident, change, upgrade, release and deployment of the Network and Collaborative services for the overall group.

* Collaborate in the management of projects identified and agreed as per the IT Project Management team.

* Handle escalations from internal vendors

* Coach and mentor on technical, operational and organisational issues.

* Responsible for the management of the Unified Communications Operational team

* Participate in setting and managing budgets

What experience do I need?

* ITIL Foundations

* Demonstrable experience of managing widely distributed teams in a strong multicultural environment

* Demonstrable experience of services management associated with strong managerial capacity

* Project Management experience

* General understanding of network infrastructure components and concepts

* Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
