Agile Programme Manager / Programme Manager / Coventry / £50-62.5k + benefitsA specialist software company are looking for an Agile Programme Manager / Programme Manager to join them along with a range of other positions they are currently hiring for.You will work with some of the best known UK brands and they have experienced sustained growth over the past 18 months. This organisation are now looking for someone that is experienced delivering projects in an Agile environment.To be successful you will need to have:

'€¢Worked on projects from end-to-end in the SDLC'€¢An understanding of IT infrastructure'€¢Knowledge of Agile development'€¢Experience working with multiple teams and disciplines'€¢Experience building stakeholder relationships'€¢Full UK driving license

Responsibilities:

'€¢Managing and developing several Agile teams'€¢Encourage teams to work with Agile'€¢Working closely with Product Owners'€¢Ensuring the quality and delivery of projects are timely'€¢Running Kanban boards'€¢Communication to team members and make sure all features are agreed

Skills we're looking for:

'€¢Scrum Master'€¢Experienced Programme Management'€¢Experience with the full SDLC'€¢Understanding of critical pathways'€¢Negotiation skills'€¢Proven experience with stakeholders
