Interim Management Accountant Requirement

I'm working with a leading & growing Housing Association near Bristol who are going through a period of change; introducing two new subsidiaries to their impressive group structure.

Their primary focus is on the provision of affordable housing and care services, however, integral to their business & growth plan is the need to increase their development of properties for private sale. As a result, they are setting up a design & build subsidiary, as well as a sales arm.

They require an interim Management Accountant with experience in the construction industry to assist primarily with the production of monthly management accounts and partnering the information across the stakeholders within the group.

They also have plans to implement Agresso, Unit 4 to align processes across the group.

The contract is expected to last a minimum of 5 months, whereby you will be integral to the phases of delivery of these subsidiaries, staying with the organisation post set up to ensure things get off to a smooth start.

The contract is on a day rate basis, offering between £200-300/day, negotiable depending on experience.

In order to be considered for the position, it is essential you meet the following criteria:

* Minimum part qualified CCAB accountant or AAT qualified

* Experience in a management accountant role

* Experience setting budgets and forecasts

* Agresso experience

* Strong communication skills - business partnering with stakeholders, budget holders and other management members - financial and non-financial professionals

* Knowledge of current tax legalisation for subsidiaries, i.e. taxation involved with the development of land
