An established Technology Company seeks a self-motivated individual to take on a joint Technical Training and Authoring role. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have proven experience of creating technical content and delivering training.

Ideally qualified to Degree level or with relevant practical experience, you will have the ability to draw explanatory diagrams, be able to write in both formal and informal styles as well as having the ability to take complex processes and break them down into a series of simple steps.

The successful Technical Author & Trainer with be responsible for writing, reviewing, maintaining and managing clear, engaging and coherent technical content for the company’s products; and building that content into training packages and delivering the training.

Material will include written, web based and video content; covering guides and datasheets as well as operation, installation and technical instruction manuals.

The technical training will be delivered to audiences that include operators, installers, technical specialists as well as anyone who needs to stay informed of company products and systems, their application and capability.
