A Head of CRM is needed for an established End User who are market leaders in Europe. Growing from strength to strength, the award winning company have implemented Salesforce off the shelf and now need a Head of CRM to have complete autonomy of the platform.
The Head of CRM will be responsible for creating and delivery the CRM roadmap. Working closely with senior management to understand the business needs and producing the best solutions. They will have ownership of the sales and marketing technology stack, where they will be encouraged to evaluate new technologies, add-on applications and make recommendations to improve and optimise marketing and sales team performance.
This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to roll their sleeves up, get stuck in to a massive project from scratch and have full autonomy!
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce
- Delivering end to end projects
- Analytical background / mind
- Ability to produce Reports
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms
- Understanding and experience of lead nurturing and lead
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing techniques
