MI Lead

£36,000-£41,000 DOE + Bonus Opportunity

One of the UK's market leaders in its field have recently grown their IT and related functions from single digits to nearly 50 strong in just a few years. As a result, they are looking to recruit an experienced MI Lead to look after a small team of existing MI Analysts.

The MI Lead, if successful, will be in charge of multiple data streams, leading their team of analysts to effective service whilst maintaining company standards and having a proactive and innovative approach to the growing market of MI and identifying opportunities both future and present. Provide support to Line Manager publishing statistics for wider publication. You'll be expected to deliver 1-2-1's and regular performance meetings to ensure building of skillset and as well ensuring that team members receive and deliver their development needs, delivered through leading by example management method.

Key to this role would be:

* Previous experience working in a MI/data focused role.

* Knowledge intimately of SSRS and PowerBI - experience in a previous role of this.

* A detailed knowledge of VBA and/or SQL Languages alongside MS Office Systems.

* Team Leadership exposure as well as Performance Management experience is highly advantageous.

* Experience working within a large operational environment.
