Web Developer / UI Developer (HTML5 CSS JavaScript UI/UX Conversions A/B Testing). Are you creative and enthusiastic? Want to take ownership of your ideas and see them through to completion?

Technology driven travel eCommerce site is seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join a newly created innovation team working on Greenfield projects aimed at increasing conversions rates on the site.

As a Web Developer your role will focus on designing and developing new features, layouts and content and assessing how these affect visitor behaviour utilising multi-variant testing. You'll have freedom to come up with new ideas and take ownership of them, from prototyping to development to A/B testing - and will get the credit for your work.

The company is a technical innovator and has a modern technology stack comprising Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, Solr, Jenkins, Django/Python and lots of JavaScript (React, Redux). You will be encouraged to innovate and introduce new technologies, using the best tool for the job. There's an Agile team environment using Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration techniques with constant process improvement.

Requirements:

*Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and associated libraries (React preferred)

*Experience with multi-variant testing, A/B testing

*Good eye for design and experience of working with UI / UX teams

*Experience of working on high volume / highly transactional websites

*Advocate of Agile development methodologies

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
