This company based in South Wales have ten distribution centres across the country and deliver a variety of food products to over 14,000 customers which include supermarkets, restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, stadiums and local shops.

In this varied role you will work on a rotating shift pattern (days, nights, afternoons followed by 1 week off) in the Baking department where you will conduct PPM maintenance and install refrigeration electrical systems, assist developers in ingredient scale up and test any relevant equipment.

The ideal candidate will come from a production background and have either an engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification. Candidates from food production are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Maintain ingredient and chemical storage in line with food safety guidelines

* Perform PPM maintenance on the plant

* 4 shift pattern (days, nights and afternoons)

The Person:

* Experience maintaining production machinery

* Ideally come from a food background

* Hold an Engineering apprenticeship or relevant qualification
