IT Infrastructure Manager

We have been mandated to work for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join a fast growing and highly funded Consultancy that focuses on clients within Banking and Finance. This is a permanent position within the City of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a team and help grow it out as well as having a real input on how they expand their infrastructure. This IT Infrastructure Manager position includes people management, a hands on aspect as well as being able to have an input on developing business strategies.

The Role

As the IT Infrastructure Manager you would be joining an organisation that is looking for someone to help improve and further empower their infrastructure and support teams. This IT Infrastructure Manager position does have people management responsibilities however you should be prepared to still be hands on technical. They are a Microsoft house, and having experienced with 365 or other cloud technology would be beneficial as they are currently exploring several different options.

In the meantime any virtualisation experience would be of benefit they currently use Hyper V. In regards to the Network, this will be delivered to them as a service by the new office they will be moving into, however being able to troubleshoot initial issues would be advantageous.
