IT Support Manager (Windows based)

£45,000 - £55,000 + £5,400 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Have you got some experience in Managing an IT Support function and looking to run a small team of technicians in a rapidly expanding nationwide company? There are excellent opportunities for career progression alongside the goal of increasing IT infrastructure as the company grows.

This is the opportunity to develop a small team in your image whilst retaining your hands on expertise and strategically improving and building the department.

The company specialise in facilities management provision and have a nationwide network of engineers, working with some of the biggest brands in the UK. They are winning long term contracts and growing in all departments, they have an excellent budget to build the IT function.

This would someone with IT Support Management experience looking to get into a company that is expanding rapidly with all of the rewards and challenges that come with it. You will build your team, directly improve processes, and provide guidance on new infrastructure requirements.

The Role:

-Manage team of three to ensure IT projects and issues are worked on efficiently

-Input into system improvements / upgrades as the company grows

-Implement process improvements to the department, inventory management

-Cover range of IT infrastructure including- desktop, mobile devices, peripherals, telecoms, networks, security

The Person:

-Experience in a management role in IT

-Good technical experience of providing similar support in IT

-ITIL certification (foundation minimum)
