(SC) Server Support Engineer

My client urgently requires a Server Support Engineer located in Cumbria.

Strong knowledge/experience of the following:

> MCSA/MCSE certified or equivalent in a relevant Microsoft Server technology (Server 2008 R2/2012/2016)

> Server administration, including working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, GPO's.

> A range of 3rd Line Support and Infrastructure orientated tasks which includes BAU Support server configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and backup tasks

> Working within a SLA orientated environment supporting a medium sized network infrastructure based on a Microsoft Server 2008 R2/2012/2016 environment.

> Extensive experience within a VMWare / Hyper-V virtualisation environment.

> Fully proficient with Server patching, server updates and backups.

> Windows Image creation and deployment experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.

Desirable:

> NetApp Storage Hardware and NetApp Data ONTAP.
