* Ensure best practices for Performance Testing

* Provide performance criterion and metrics for SCRUM teams

* Reporting on results

* Explore and establish any possible performance deterioration in the code

Keys Skills as a Performance Test Engineer:

* Demonstrable experience of Performance Test Engineering - Coding load Test Scripts

* Experience with Performance Engineering tools like LoadRunner, JMeter etc

* Coding in either - C# / Java / .NET / Visual Studio

* End to End Performance Testing - Requirements, Set Up, Test Scripts, Test Execution

* Ability to collaborate to achieve multi-departmental aims
