Understanding of the need to maintain a practical and pragmatic approach to standards compliance.

Report writing/drafting skills.
Proven track record of managing significant business and cultural change.
Proven experience of managing a team or first line management.

Industry-recognised Programme and Project Management (PPM) qualification:
*Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner (or equivalent).
*APMG Change Management Practitioner.
*APM Practitioner Qualification.
