Business Change Manager - Government - London/Warrington/Bristol - 6 months

This role is considered inside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Change Manager to prepare a business area for the impact of the changes being delivered by the programme/project or a Law Enforcement organisation.

Essential

Proven experience in a professional Programme/Project Management role.

Detailed knowledge of change management and implementation.

Good understanding of stakeholder engagement.

Proven track record of managing significant business and cultural change.

Proven experience of managing a team or first line management.

Experienced in effective decision making with accountability for decisions made.

Experience of analysing information from a range of sources.

Experience of planning.

Desirable

Industry-recognised Programme and Project Management (PPM) qualification:

*Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner (or equivalent).

*APMG Change Management Practitioner.

*APM Practitioner Qualification.

SC enhanced clearance will be required in order to start in this position
