Computer Futures are seeking x3 Senior IT Technicians/Application Engineers to work for a rapidly expanding healthcare business based in the Gloucester area.

You will be working in a successful team and provide application support with Senior IT Technician Responsibilities.

The company are enjoying continued success and now need to expand this function.

The ideal candidates will have a skillset to include as many of the following:

Incident Management

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to 200 users in line with ITIL requirements

Change Management

Work within ITIL change management procedures to effect software and hardware adaptations within the business.

For regulated systems, work within change management guidelines to document and implement change within systems.

Liaise with business areas to manage software and hardware project implementation under direction from IT Manager

Champion support of business ERP system and work with suppliers to maintain and evolve the system.

Expected Experience

5 years in 2nd line/application support role.

ITIL foundation

MCSE/Equivalent

The roles are paying up to 33k and come with an excellent benefits package that includes pension and healthcare.
