Project Manager Duties:

Overall function: Manage the inbound work flow into the team.

Manage the bundle in

* Day to day Jira management including things such as

* Creation and editing of tickets (or the facilitation of)

* Managing sprint cycles and releases

* Ensuring all stories linked and labelled appropriately (dependencies, to epics etc)

* Maintaining a sprint roadmap / plan up to date and tracking all risks/issues.

* Facilitate requirements gathering across the business and detailing requirements in Jira

* Facilitate conversations between the business and technical teams (including external teams such as TCS)

* Facilitate an agile environment

* Lead sprint planning, stand ups, retrospective and demos (possible steering committee in the future)

* Ensure relevant communication goes out (eg when release happen let business owners know)

* Unblock any blocked stories

* Reporting on DWH progress

TCS engagement

* Organise and chair TCS meetings

* Manage inbound and outbound workflow from TCS to team

* Update JIRA board

* Escalate and manage blockers

Release Manager duties

Overall function: Manage the development and release cycle of the team (things going out)

Manage the bundle out

* Produce release calendar (dependencies)

* Manage UAT cycle

* Coordinate UAT sign off

* Facilitate release planning meeting

* Produce release notes and flight plan

* Manage sprint, patch and emergency deployments

* Produce progress updates on flight plan

* Coordinate issues

* ManageSVN

* Create branches and tags according to convention

Coordination of deployments to PROD
