 Architects Technician / Architect Technologist / Revit Architect£35,000 - £40,000 + travel and competitive bonus / pension.Richmond, LondonA nationally recognized Architectural company based in Richmond are on the lookout for an advanced Revit user in technical drawings and detailing to work on some ground breaking residential projects.This organization is seen as specialists in the residential and commercial field and therefore someone from a similar background would be preferred.Ideally, you will have experience in the following areas:-          3 to 4 years' experience in Revit, using it at an advanced/ fluent level-          Have a strong background in residential work-          Confident hitting the ground running, and managing projects without supervisionThe candidate would need to be able to think innovatively and creatively in order to create ground breaking results for the projects, and can work from the design stage to with the contractors. They would also be highly collaborative and promote the organizations company value e.g. fair treatment for all.There is the opportunity to move in to a BIM role in future with training being funded and supported by the business.The office is commutable from most London areas, and Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, Middlesex, and areas of Hampshire.
