IT Support Analyst - to £29K

We have been directly asked dot assist in recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join a specialist trading house in the heart of the city. This position has come about due to a recent internal promotion.

The ideal candidate will have experience gained in a help desk environment and be used to the fast-paced and demanding environment of a trading company. You will be supporting a wide range of people on system critical systems, interacting with up to MD level internal clients. Adept at dealing with people face to face and via phone and email.

Skills / Environment

HP and Xerox Hardware support

Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Office 365

Hardware and software installations

Software auditing

You will be joining a small team and on individual tasks. As the trading desks are open from 7am to 7pm a need to work alternate early (7am - 3pm) and late (11am to 7pm) shifts is necessary.

This position would suit candidates who may hold or have held the following job titles - 1st line support, 2nd line support, 1st/2nd line support, support technician, help desk analyst, support analyst, pc support administrator, 1stt/2nd line support administrator, technical support technician, junior IT support, IT support.
