IT Support Technician - Up to 28k + bonus

Are you looking for a chance to develop your skillset with a market leading name? This online retailer is looking to hire a MCSE/CCNA certified IT Support Technician, to join their growing team based in Harlow. You will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of the company's network and IT infrastructure. The role will encompass basic network and software support, and system backups.

Role Overview

Your main duties will include troubleshooting network and server problems, provide IT support to warehouse and dispatch operations. Set up and fix equipment: firewalls, routers, switches, servers, PC's (100+) and printers (150+), telecoms.

The person we are looking for is energetic, highly driven and have a positive outlook. We are looking for commitment and the ability for someone to meet deadlines. Are you a problem solver, able to multi-task and self-motivated this is the role for you!
