My client have recently secured long-term funding and are now looking to strengthen their team with an ambitious individual who is looking for a new challenge. Salary levels are ranging from £80,000 - £110,000 + Benefits depending on experience.Essential Skills

'€¢Technical background in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering '€¢Proven experience as a CTO, Engineering Director or Senior Engineering Manager or similar role '€¢Previous experience in running multi-disciplinary teams - Mechanical/Electrical/Software etc. '€¢Strategic Business Management '€¢Prior experience across the full hiring process - this is an exciting time to join the business and expansion of all teams is firmly on the horizon
