A well-known and respected construction business is seeking an Assistant Planner to join their team. This position will be based in Central London. The majority of the projects they are working on rail and civil engineering projects.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-respected business, with a strong planning team, with a strong portfolio of works, and strong team retention.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, this business are seeking to bring in a Planner with up to 3 years' experience to date, that they can continue to train and develop.

Experience sought

* Experience of planning rail or civil engineering projects.

* An understanding of a civil engineering project lifecycle.

* Work closely with colleagues to deliver quality results.

* Articulate and a good communicator.

What we are looking for on your CV

* Stability of career (we do not want to see job hoppers.

* Experience of working for tier 1 or 2 contractors a preference.

* Being a planner or having done planning work in your current position, or you want to get into planning.

* If you have used Primavera P6 this will be a plus, but not essential.

Remuneration

A salary of circa £35,000 (maximum up to £40,000 per annum plus a wonderful benefits package (although this is dependent upon years' experience) and plenty of support and training
