As Project Manager you'll lead the formulation and implementation of the company's future IT strategy for the HR domain functions. As the primary interface for these functions, you will have accountability for planning and delivery of the IT capabilities needed to digitally enable business operations. You'll ensure support of current solutions and infrastructure through coordination of colleagues ensuring the seamless provision of IT to maximise business benefit.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll need previous experience of HR Product Management or Technical Product management. Your experience means you are confident taking business concepts through requirements, design, and delivery into operations. You'll have a proven track record of driving HR product roadmaps with a history of interpreting business plans and strategies into technical impacts and capabilities.

To drive our business forward, you'll need an understanding of the latest and newest technologies/concepts within your domain, allowing you to deliver continuous optimisation. Finally, you'll need demonstrable management experience within a high transaction volume / high availability environment, ideally as part of a commercial, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial team where pace and execution are a pre-requisite.
