A leading Microsoft Gold Partner are expanding their Infrastructure Support team by bringing on a passionate and technically sound 2nd Line IT Engineer. You'll work closely with 1st and 3rd Line support engineers to resolve customer issues and share knowledge.

As an engineer here you'll have to chance to develop your own technical abilities in a structured and fast-paced service desk environment. You'll also have to chance to progress through the company in a number of definitely avenues. If you are pro-active when it comes to IT support, coupled with a logical style of problem solving then we want to hear from you.

Essential Knowledge:

* Windows Server 2008/2012

* Active Directory & Group Policy Management

* Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routers, Switches, VLANS and Network Technologies

* Office 365 / Exchange

* Virtualisation Technology (Hyper-V/VMware)

* Azure AD
