Contract front-end developer, Cheshire, Entertainment Sector

We are currently recruiting for a contract front-end developer to help develop the next stage of our client's application. Our customer is a leader in the Entertainment sector. Their offices are based in Cheshire. Attractive rates are on offer.

Responsibilities

* Chose a front-end framework for the application and drive the build

* Integrate the front-end with the current back-end developers

* Work in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the new front-end application meets business needs

Requirements/Recommended

* Ability to make recommendations on a front-end framework for back office applications ( 5 years+ commercial experience in a senior role)

* Building integrations to retrieve data from back-end

* Exposure to SDLC

* Good communicator and team player

* Flexibility

Knowledge/Experience with all of the following

* RESTful APIs

* Html/Css

* JavaScript

* Leading front-end frameworks.

Knowledge/Experience with all of the following would be a nice to have/bonus

* Experience in developing SaaS applications

* Developing front-end applications

* Creating automatic test coverage of the front-end application.
