Project Manager (Cloud Contact Centre) 3-6 Months with possible extension- Market rates
The Project Manager will have responsibility for managing and overseeing all work packages within the defined customer project and will be accountable primarily to the customer for its delivery. A robust roll out plan for the project will be agreed with the Customer and all planed elements clearly defined in terms of activity and Customer activity. The Project Manager (PM) will be well versed in Customer Relationship Management - they will take direct control of the project, and will be responsible for managing the customer and project stakeholders in order to influence the project requirements to ensure the successful outcome. The PM will manage any project related changes that arise during the implementation phase. The PM will keep the customer informed of progress throughout the Project Life-cycle.
* Works across divisions to achieve change and improvements in performance.
* Ability to respond to and/or lead others through change management activities which enable the delivery of Kairos programme/project objectives. Understands the issues and dynamics of behavioural change on people, process and organisation.
Key Skills
* Commercial experience is essential
* Experience of cloud-based contact centres
* Experience of Genesys - desirable
* Telecommunications experience - desirable
