IT Procurement Consultant - Contract - 6 months (initially) - Hampshire. My client, a leading UK University, is looking for an experienced Procurement consultant with specific with IT procurement knowledge for an initial 6 month contract. You will need to have ideally worked in the Public sector and so be fully versed in OJEU for example. My client needs a dedicated person for two main IT programmes that support the clients' next strategy.

You must have:

*Experienced in IT procurement

*Experience in SaaS procurement

*Experience of procurement in the public sector

*Has a risk based approach (or understands the assessments required) to undertaken procurement

You will be working on the Digital Enablers and IT Investment plan programmes. There is a high chance this contract will extend for a further 6 months after the initial period.
