Development Manager (Agile TDD Java JavaScript NoSQL). Fantastic opportunity for a passionate, hands-on Development Manager to join a hugely successful online gaming firm. You could be guiding, supporting and setting software development standards across a number of talented teams within the company, making a positive impact and helping to shape the future of the teams.

As a Development Manager you will manage the delivery and releases within your teams, champion Agile development and software engineering best practice, take ownership of delivery metrics, planning / tracking and ensure clear communication throughout the teams and with the business. You'll provide line management to your teams, guiding them towards improving their skills and performance, facilitating career growth and recruiting new team members.

Requirements:

*Commercial experience within a Development Manager role

*Experience managing distributed teams within a technology company

*Indepth knowledge of Agile development methodologies including TDD and also Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery

*Strong technical background with server side Java development / JavaScript client development, NoSQL databases, unit testing

*JIRA administration experience
