Work Package Objectives
* Holding workshops with end users to get more detailed requirements and create the 10 use case documents.
* Weekly meetings to discuss the progress on the creation of the documents
Deliverables
Creating use case documents for the following:
* New tools process.
* Calibration & adjustment of hand tools process.
* User statues process.
* Tool repair process.
* Tool issuing and return process.
* Kits & issuing of consumables process.
* Reporting.
* Tool display and editing screens.
* Out of tolerance & scrap process.
* The issuing of spare parts to hand tools being repaired.
