An expanding company is seeking a Solution Designer based in Edinburgh to join its team. You will receive many benefits such as flexible working hours and some remote working plus much more. You will be working in a relaxed and friendly office environment, with casual dress when you are not meeting clients. Some travel to London will be required for this role.A successful Designer will have had exposure to some or all of the below:
User experience design and testing.People Change.Change Management.User Adoption.Steering and co-ordinating user groups.Leading changeIdentifying business priorities and critical success factors and helping to define business cases.User-participative workshops. This will include defining objective metrics and criteria which can be baselined to demonstrate empirical delivery of these success factors.
As a Solution Designer, your duties will be to:
Deliver top class professional services to our customers, as a Subject Matter Expert in User-centric design practices.Contribute to the ongoing improvement and evolution of the professional services offering.Define objective metrics and criteria which can be baselined to demonstrate empirical delivery of these success factors.Analyse and interpret the outputs from these activities and apply them to the process of evolving solutions built around user engagement and user participation.Identify business priorities and critical success factors and helping to define business cases.
To be a successful Solution Designer you will have the following skills and experience:
Prior knowledge of Microsoft’s Office 365 product is beneficial but not a prerequisite for the role. In return, the Solution Designer will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
