They are currently looking for a talented C# Developer (.NET, MVC, SQL, ASP.NET) to join their busy team in central Oxford. The C# Developer will play a key part in developing solutions for innovative SMEs and global companies, and will have the chance to work with a variety of modern technologies including the Microsoft .NET stack including ASP.NET, C#, MVC and SQL.

The C# Developer will be working on projects for clients developing custom object-oriented software. As a part of a dedicated team you will also be involved in devising specific requirements and implementation plans for vital projects. If you have experience as a Software Developer and have experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript or jQuery then this new C# Developer role could be for you. My client are passionate about technology and about creating state-of-the-art software solutions who are now looking for like-minded individuals who enjoy working with large datasets.

Experience required by the Software Engineer / C# Developer:

                     .NET Framework ASP.Net - MVC, C#, Web Forms

                     JavaScript including jQuery and client-side web app frameworks

                     databases & SQL - Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL

                     mobile app development - web, iOS and Android

Desirable (not required) experience in the Front End includes:

                     HTML5, CSS

                     JavaScript and JQuery

                     Working in multidisciplinary teams (including UX designers and front-end developers)

                     Experience with Agile practices such as SCRUM or Kanban

As well as a strong technical background in backend .NET development, the Software Engineer will require a positive attitude. This includes a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job whilst contributing your own ideas to the team!

This new C# Developer / Software Engineer role is based in an ideal central location in the beautiful city of Oxford only a short walk from the train station. It is easily commutable from various locations in the area including Abingdon, Aylesbury Bicester, Banbury, Buckingham, Didcot, High Wycombe, Reading, Swindon, Thame, Witney and many more.
