Head of Service Delivery & Development with team management, leadership and organisational skills is required to take on a strategic role within this well-established Charity based in Leamington Spa, Warwick, Warwickshire, West Midlands.

SALARY: £43,200 to £45,800 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new and exciting job opportunity for a Head of Service Delivery & Development with team management, leadership and organisational skills.

Working as the Head of Service Delivery & Development you will take on a lead strategic role within the organisation where you will manage technical and non-technical team members that are all working together to establish the Charity as a provider of online and digital customer information and technology services. These services will be designed and developed for people with sight loss that will also be used by their family and friends, which will involve liaising with a broad range of stakeholders to establish service requirements.

As the Head of Service Delivery & Development, you will design and develop customer systems and processes to improve the delivery of online and digital customer information, support and technology services. You will lead the team on all work to measure the customer experience and service performance, and where necessary improve standard operating procedures relating to delivering online customer information, support and technology services.
