The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will service warden call alarms at customers’ homes throughout Central London.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Working on all systems in-line with British Standards, industry accreditations and SLAs

- Processing jobs via a tablet or PDA

- Keeping accurate records of completed work

- Participating in an on-call rota (for one in every four weeks)

About You:

To join our client as a Service Engineer, you’ll need:

- Experience as a warden call alarm engineer

- Previous experience of working with Tynetec and Tunstall systems

- A full, valid driving licence

- Great communication skills

- A proactive approach to problem-solving

Other companies may call this role Field Service Engineer, Security Service Engineer, Warden Call Maintenance Engineer, Preventative Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Repair & Maintenance Engineer or Senior Service Technician.

Please note, as this role involves carrying out work in the homes of vulnerable people, the successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check.
