ERP Support Analyst - £40,000 - Wimbledon

My London based client are looking to bolster their existing IT team with the addition of a support analyst for the Epicor system who will report into the company's ERP Manager.

You will be working to empower a finance team spread across Europe, America and Africa by providing system support to stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and enabling continuous system improvements by mapping and documenting processes and delivering system training to end users.

With plans of migrating to a cloud based system you can also expect to assist the ERP manager in the transition to a more suitable system.

In this role you can expect to:

* Identify any opportunities to improve the system whilst you support the Financial Controllers.

* Aim to streamline and improve financial and business processes

* Be responsible for the development, integrity and maintenance of system data

* Own the customer/supplier relationship with the software vendor in order to ensure the highest levels of delivery and service.

To be considered for this position you will have:

* Exposure to financial systems (Candidates with Epicor will be at an advantage)

* Have suitable financial qualifications or experience (e.g. CIMA part-qualified)

* Experience building reports

You will be at an advantage if you have:

* Supported ERP, CRM or HRM users in a professional environment

* Strong knowledge of SQL / VBA

The salary for this role will be negotiable dependant on experience, and my candidate is also renowned for offering comprehensive benefit packages.
