Java Developer

Working with a global consultancy based in Fleet

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of work experience in similar position.

* Strong Java development skills Proficiency in Object Oriented design and programming Proficiency with Maven, Spring, Hibernate and SQL database such MS SQL

* Good understanding of design patterns Experience with version control systems Experience with Eclipse or similar IDE

* Strong academic background in computer science or engineering

* Analytical mind and an enthusiastic, positive attitude Good oral and written English communication skills

* Financial experience - investment banking with focus on cash settlements

Nice to have skills:

* Working experience with HTML5

* Working experience with Perforce or GIT

* Working experience with tests automation (xUnit or the like)

* Working experience with Java Web GUI (JSP, JSF, GWT)

* Application Servers (such as Weblogic or JBoss) Understanding of EJB

* Experience in integration with legacy systems Experience of Agile development methods
