My client, based in Oxfordshire require an AX Support Team Leader to head up the support practice.
The support team leader will be focused on ensuring the implementation and on-going support of AX meets the current and future needs of the business.
Requirements:
* Responsible for user support in Dynamics AX 2012 environment - including timely resolution of incidents and questions.
* Demonstrated ability to work systematically and logically to analyse situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Manage internal support team members to ensure highest possible level of service.
* Ensure adherence to processes and protocols for ticket resolution, security and system changes/updates and project implementations.

This opportunity is an office based role, but occasional travel to customer sites will be required - a Valid UK driving licence would therefore be an advantage.
