Lead Java Developer - We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to lead a small tech team at a growing A.I Start-Up in Central London. It is an opportunity for a Lead Java Developer to implement their vision and methods on the technical direction of a growing Start-Up. As a Lead Java Developer you will still be maintaining a hands on approach to help your team.

As a Lead Java Developer you should have the following:

* Experience leading or mentoring Junior Developers.

* Significant hands on Enterprise Java experience in an Agile environment.

* Exceptional communication skills, so you can effectively lead your team.

* Wiling to be versatile and get stuck in where needs be.

As a Lead Java Developer you will be delivering projects in the A.I and Big Data sector, so it is an opportunity to keep your tech stack and overall skills modern in this ever changing market. You must be a Lead Java Developer who is excited and motivated to tackle the challenges a small growing Start-Up has and must motivate your team to do it.
