Embedded-Software Architect (m/f) - AUTOMOTIVE in Vienna

We are looking for an Embedded Software Architect (m/f) to join one of the leading suppliers in the field of control units and connectivity solutions in Vienna/Austria. You have experience in embedded programming in C and software architectures? Then we are looking for you! The company offers a full time permanent position in the heart of Vienna.

Embedded-Software Architect (m/f) - AUTOMOTIVE in Vienna

What you will be doing

* Development of platform software architectures for various purposes (e.g. autonomous driving, electric drive functions)

* Work on safety critical real time systems

* Take responsibilities along the whole project life cycle

* Support of in-car software and system integration

What your profile looks like

* Technical education

* Strong knowledge of embedded software development, software architectures and modelling concepts (UML)

* Knowledge of operating systems and communication concepts (POSIX, AUTOSAR, Linux)

* Knowledge of hardware virtualization and multicore SoCs

* Knowledge of automotive norms and standards is an advantage (MISRA, IEC 61508)

* Knowledge of software engineering processes (SPICE or CMMI)

* Very good English skills
