Helpdesk Administrator
We have a new and exciting opportunity for Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead during an exciting time of our organisation's development. As the successful Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for a vast range of incidents and service requests.
The Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the internal users, whilst supporting and deploying new installations. As the Helpdesk Administrator, you should be able to work well under your own initiative and have a proactive attitude to work.
As the successful Helpdesk Administrator, you will be key in answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner whilst building relationships with our team members.
Key skills needed for the Helpdesk Administrator:

* Experience ordering and monitoring stock
* Previous experience distributing tickets
