We have an exciting opportunity for a French-Speaking Technical Support Engineer to join an innovative and rapidly expanding business (regularly ranked as one of the fastest growing tech companies by Deloitte & Sunday Times!) based at their offices in Watford.

As a French-Speaking Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to customers, such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering and resolving these issues via phone, video and email within agreed SLAs. The French-Speaking Technical Support Engineer will also remotely assist with systems installations and work with customer to understand their requirements to optimise product functionality and ensure the best experience is achieved.

To be considered for the French-Speaking Technical Support Engineer, you will need to demonstrate:

* Fluency in French and English.

* Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

* Previous technical support experience.

* Knowledge or experience of ITIL is advantageous.

* Industry recognised qualifications i.e. Cisco or MCP, are also desirable.
