This role offers the opportunity to work as a Hands-On Front Office Java Developer and Technical Lead of a small Java development team.

The successful candidate will fill the role of Java technical lead for risk platform development. The key aspects of the role include producing analysis, technical designs and architecture solutions for the platform, as well as providing leadership to the team as a whole.

This Front Office team develop complex, server-side Java applications within Risk Exotics. The role offers exceptional exposure to the Front Office and visibility within the business, and offers the potential to lead a small team through a period of growth and expansion.

Skills Required:

* Java Development Background

* Design and Architecture of Complex, Front Office Systems

* Technical Lead / Team Lead Experience

* Front Office Experience

* Understanding of Agile Methodologies
