Software Developer (Java J2EE Cloud AWS JVM). Utilise and develop your Java skills within a supportive and collaborative global media technology company who will continually encourage you to learn new skills and reach your potential.

As a Software Developer, with strong web based Java skills, you will join the company's growing digital products development team who are responsible for designing and developing a platform that will be used to deliver content to a multitude of targets. You will be faced with daily challenges around scalability and reliability and strive to create a platform that will provide a great, consistent media consumption experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to act as a key member within a fast moving, exciting and energetic development team.

Requirements:

*Strong Java development skills J2EE / Java EE

*Previously worked on large scale, distributed systems with scalability challenges

*Experience using a range of JVM technologies / libraries

*Previous experience working with and deploying to cloud services (especially AWS and Google Cloud Platform)

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
