Position: Senior Site Manager

Location: Stoke on Trent - West Midlands

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus car/allowance, pension, health, bonus,

The Opportunity:

One of our key clients, is looking to hire an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a £15m Education scheme. This is an opportunity to work on an extremely prestigious project and an excellent opportunity for progression.

The successful Site Manager will have a proven track record working for main contractors on projects ranging from £10m to £20m in value across a range of sectors including commercial, education, leisure, retail and luxury residential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career or a Senior Site Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

The Key Requirements

* Main contractor background - Essential

* Delivered projects from inception to completion

* Must have managed project values between £10m and £20m as a no.1

* Must possess excellent technical knowledge with a good eye for detail.

* Knowledge of current health & safety legislation.

* Stable employment history - Essential

Qualifications

* Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree or HNC) - not essential but preferred

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid
