Compliance Learning Content Expert- AML/ Financial Crime

A Compliance Expert is required to join the Content Learning team of a Global, Blue-Chip company, that offer a lot of flexibility in their working arrangements. (Remote working would be considered). The Compliance Expert will join a Global team who are responsible for creating e-learning courses for clients, focusing on Financial Regulations, governance, risk and compliance. The role will focus on research and writing of new content for their courses, including storyboards and storyboard updates, as well as review of draft storyboards and edit/ rewrite of drafts produced by subject matter experts. This is fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Compliance who is now looking to try something different.

The successful Compliance Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Analysing regulatory developments to identify the need for new courses and updates to existing courses

* Writing and/ or supervising the creation of innovative content that can be used for e-learning courses to create awareness around the regulatory developments

* Providing expertise on the e-learning offering to internal stakeholders

* Participating in pre-sales and post-sales discussions with clients from a content standpoint

* Working directly with clients to create bespoke e-learning courses for their employees

Interested applicants should have a high level or written and verbal English skills, with a wealth of experience across a broad range of Compliance topics, such as AML and Financial Crime. You should also be able to demonstrate superior writing skills and have excellent attention to detail. Any previous experience of writing e-learning content would be highly desirable.
