Client Services Manager/ Account Manager/ AM
A Client Services Manager/ Account Manager is required to join a Global, blue-chip organisation in London. The Client Services Manager will join a dynamic team of individuals to proactively maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. This is an excellent opening for an experienced Sales professional who has existing Account Management experience, or is looking to move in to Account Management.
The Client Services Manager's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Proactively working with clients to identify further revenue opportunities within existing product lines
Collaborating with the team to create a documented contact strategy for each assigned client
Record all conversations with the clients within the CRM system
Lead at least one annual review meeting with each client
Negotiate and close renewal contracts
Interested applicants will have a background in Sales or Account Management, with experience of upselling and retention. You should demonstrate strong communication skills and be dynamic and responsive to changing processes. Any experience with Salesforce would be highly desirable.
