We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic self-starting EDI Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Success Team.

As a SaaS business our reputation is built on the ethos of always striving to ensure our subscribing customers are highly successful with our products. This is a new senior position within the organisation to take responsibility for overseeing all our new EDI projects. We have been delivering electronic transactional solutions for over 20 years, and our EDI business continues to develop at such a rate that we now have to split this division out of our main e-billing solutions, thus creating a new separate profit centre.

The EDI Manager Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic EDI Manager who must have extensive EDI experience in creating solutions for large organisations. You will help shape the future of our EDI solution to facilitate the ongoing growth of our EDI business. Acting as a champion in identifying, developing and implementing best practices in our EDI arena. You will need to have a full understanding of all the main EDI connection hubs, but also have the ability to work with and understand new ones with ease.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

+ Utilise your extensive expertise and experience to shape the future of our EDI solutions.

+ Creating, designing, owning and articulating the EDI solution to all stakeholders.

+ Advise and implement best practice and process improvements to implement EDI solutions efficiently.

+ Create requirement and project documentation for sign off by all parties.

+ Own the on-boarding process from start to finish.

+ Liaise with our Clients, their customers and EDI partners.

+ Maintain momentum of projects, attending weekly update meetings with all stakeholders.

+ Take responsibility of specifying action points resulting from the update meeting/ discussion and ensuring they are progressed in a timely manner.

+ Estimate the end to end effort required to deliver the solution.

+ Manage resources and tasks to deliver the project.

+ Oversee test results to ensure we deliver exactly what has been requested.

+ Co-ordinate all parties ready for live implementations.

+ Oversee post implementation checks.

+ Facilitate sign off for quality gates at each stage of the project from all relevant parties.

In addition to a passion for delivering high customer service the successful candidate will also need to show the following skills:

+ 3+ years professional experience supporting a SaaS-based business model in client services, customer success or account management.

+ Working in a collaborative manner with all team and vendor resources;

+ Continuous Process Improvement. Works with leaders/owners of the process or service to understand current practices and identify areas for improvement;

+ Data-driven with a commitment to process; Proven track record of detailed change request process not essential but would be advantageous;

+ Excellent written and oral communications;

+ Team player;

+ Ability to operate in dynamic, challenging and fun growth environment;

+ Prior experience with financial software and/or transactional billing would be beneficial.
