Test Manager / Automation Test Manager / Automation Manager / Birmingham / up to £57k + benefitsA market leading pharmaceutical / life sciences organisation in Birmingham are looking for a Test Manager / Automation Test Manager / Automation Manager. This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to lead and drive testing strategy and have a significant impact on the direction the company takes. You will be given the chance to make this your own and bring in fresh and new ideas as you see fit.  Joining an already well-established software team you will be responsible for automation test strategy and testing standards with a particular focus on automation testing.Salary: £50-57,000 + excellent benefits Duties will include:

'€¢Leading, managing and running a team of automation testers'€¢Management of test projects and strategy'€¢Comparing and reviewing test strategy'€¢Make targets for automation testing and test activities'€¢Line management'€¢1-2-1s, appraisals etc.'€¢Designing and developing processes, and facilitate the review of applications for testing needs and requirements/design quality'€¢Experience of automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP/UFT, BDD, Cucumber frameworks etc.'€¢Defining and implement test processes'€¢Act as an authority and be the first point of contact for automation test management

 Desirable skill include:

'€¢Performance testing'€¢5+ years' experience in a testing and technical environment.'€¢Coaching and mentoring automation testers

This position is paying up to £57,000 with a generous benefits package.The offices are commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Redditch, Leamington Spa, Cannock, Lichfield, Burton Upon Trent, Nuneaton.
